Unexpected Pregnancy

We meet with women facing a pregnancy decision, listening to their stories and concerns. We offer a safe, confidential setting where they can process emotions and important questions, and receive resources and information to help them on their way. Our nurses will provide pregnancy testing and ultrasounds to confirm pregnancy, viability, as well as their pregnancy timeline.

Post Abortion Support

We provide women the opportunity to process an abortion experience either one-on-one or in a group. Sharing your story with those who have been there can bring relief and insights to move forward.

Pregnancy & Parenting Support

For our clients who choose to move forward with their pregnancy, we provide parenting classes, in groups to share in their journey, and mentors to walk alongside them. We assist them with practical topics like pregnancy expectations, labor and delivery, infant CPR, and newborn care, and also the opportunity to take home baby supplies.

No. All of our programs and services are free. 

This is made possible by hundreds of supporters who donate their time and money to make this safe space available to you. Many of us have been in tough spots before. We don't want you to have to go through this alone.

We offer appointments and classes in person, although our trained consultants and registered nurses are only a call away.

We have offices in Salt Lake City and in American Fork.
