We are committed to equipping you with the resources you need if you choose parenting. By providing educational and material support, our mentors partner with you during pregnancy and the first year of your child’s life.

Our parenting classes are designed for first-time moms and dads. However, you can visit our Resources tab to find out about the many community resources you may be eligible for.

We offer group classes for expectant and new parents. Topics include: labor & delivery, breastfeeding, postpartum wellness, as well as infant and child milestones. Besides learning some new skills, you’ll have the opportunity to meet and connect with others like you who are navigating parenthood.

Classes are held twice a month on Thursdays, with the option to attend a morning or an evening class.

Yes! We highly recommend you bring your boyfriend, spouse, or a support person to learn with you. This is especially important for the classes you attend while still pregnant and preparing for delivery.
We also have specific groups available for first-time dads.

Of course! We encourage you to take the time you need to make a confident pregnancy decision. Attending parenting classes are a great way to further open your options, so you have the skills you need should you choose to parent.
