The Pregnancy Resource Center offers parentings classes for expectant first-time moms and dads from the time you find out you’re pregnant until the moment your baby turns 1.
Join a supportive community to walk you through your pregnancy and parenting journey.
We are committed to equipping you with the resources you need if you choose parenting.
By providing educational and material support through our LifeSteps Program, our parenting mentors partner with you during pregnancy and the first year of your child’s life.

The PRCs parenting classes are designed primarily for first-time moms and dads.
However, you are welcome to give us a call to find out about the many community resources you may be eligible for if you aren’t a first-time parent.

We currently only offer group classes for expectant and new parents.
Topics include: healthy pregnancy expectations, labor & delivery, infant care, breastfeeding and childhood milestones among many others.
The goal of our program is to equip you with parenting skills, resources and connect with a community of other young moms and dads who are navigating parenthood, just like you!

At the Salt Lake location, classes are currently held twice a month on Thursdays, with the option to attend a morning or an evening class. Classes are available in English and in Spanish.
At American Fork, classes are currently only available in Spanish, twice a month on a Monday evening.

Of course! We encourage you to take the time you need to make a confident pregnancy decision. Attending parenting classes are a great way to further open your options, so you have the skills you need should you choose to parent.

Absolutely! We highly recommend you bring your boyfriend, spouse, or a support person to learn with you. This is especially important for the classes you attend while still pregnant and preparing for delivery.
We also have specific groups available for first-time dads.
